The T070B four-channel distributed strain acquisition card is an Ethernet-based dynamic strain acquisition device with four 24-bit resolution synchronous measurement channels and a sampling rate of up to 30kS/s per channel. It supports network topology to expand the number of acquisition channels and can meet the needs of high-precision dynamic measurement, such as dynamic weighing, strain analysis, dynamic force measurement and distributed state monitoring.

Distributed dynamic acquisition

T070B single card provides 4 synchronous acquisition channels, each channel has a maximum sampling rate of more than 30kS/s, the acquisition card as a client can connect multiple acquisition cards to the server through the network switch at the same time, realize remote and distributed acquisition system, and can also be used as an Internet of Things acquisition terminal

High precision, low noise, low temperature drift

T070B uses 24 bits Sigma-Delta ADC and programmable PGA, with a comprehensive test accuracy better than 0.01%, with a minimum background noise of 4uVp-p and a nonlinear THD of not less than 100dB, and a common mode rejection ratio of not less than 140dB; at the same time, the acquisition card uses wide temperature low noise industrial-grade devices, with a temperature drift of 0.7uV/℃ and strong anti-interference.

Dual type and dual range, support strain/voltage acquisition

T070B has an internal integrated programmable instrument amplifier PGA, ±20mV and ±100mV software optional, and provides 5V high-stability bridge excitation voltage for each channel, supporting full-bridge strain sensors and general mV voltage signals.

Supporting data acquisition software

T070B is equipped with general data acquisition software, which has the functions of acquisition parameter setting, real-time display of waveforms and values, zero position calibration, file storage, data playback, etc., and can also provide customized secondary development services.

 

Secondary development library

T070B provides command sets and dynamic link library functions based on TCP/IP, supports Window/Linux and other operating systems, and supports development environments such as VC, VB, C#, LabVIEW, LabwindowsCVI, etc.
